ANormal person in Christ is a courageous person (1Ch 28:20, Eph 6:10, 2Ti 2:1). He stepsout in faith (1Co 16:13) and spreads the message of salvation. The more merciless the terrains are , the smootherhe thinks his works are (2Co 1:7). He loves his friends to the extent of laying downhis life for them (John 15:13 1Jo 3:16). He labors notfor salvation, but since already saved, he labors (2Co 9:8 2Co 12:9 Eph 2:8 2Ti1:9 1Pe 5:10 1Pe1:10 Heb 12:28). This is grace he proclaims (Ro11:6 Ro 5:17Ro 3:24). He hasleft all for his Master’s sake (Mat 10:39) and shares in the sufferings of HisLord (Mat 10:38). He is not afraid ofdeath and sorrows but marches towards it to fulfill the Father’s will (Luke12:4,13:31). He loves the church (Eph5:27 1Jo 4:7) and his thoughts are not diverse but one-His Lord and SaviorJesus Christ (1Co 7:37 Heb 3:14 1Co 15:58). His aims is not to become a good man, but he regards his righteousness to be garbage when its essence isn't his Christ (Col 3:10). Karma doesn't matter, because the Lord has become his Karma; his robeof righteousness forever (Ga 3:27 Eph 4:24).
When the others are surprised at newtwists life unfolds; grieves and worries without seeing the meaning, aChristian is busy discovering the Lord in it and taking refuge in Him (Ps 59:16Ps 62:7 Jer 16:19). It is a shame to him if he worries likeothers, because it would demean his Lord’s name (2Co 12:9 Ps 23:1 Joh 10:14). He looks at the sorrows with meaningful eyesand loves the Lord more (Re 2:4). Hestands fast. Be it storm or excitement, nothing moves him until the Lord alone moves him (Ps 1:3).
This is the normal Christian who isnever famous for his faith (Mr 10:21 Mt 8:20). Heis hidden and doesn’t stand out wearing some fancy fluorescent robes toproclaim a religion (Lu 20:46 Ga 5:1). And he never stands between God and His seekers with his religious elements (2Pe 2:19 Ga 4:3). He shows the way to Enter the Lord (Joh10:9 Heb 4:5), Experience theLord (Ro 5:3,4),and Enjoy the Lord (Php 3:1 Php 4:4 Ps 33:1 Ro 12:5). He doesn’t havethe courage to become a martyr but knows for sure that courage would be givenwhen time demands a sacrifice for the Lord (Ac 7:59 Ps 27:14 Ps 31:24). He is but a face in the crowd (Lu 9:23) andhe stands out in the eyes of the Lord who would embrace him when he finishes therace in the best way he could (Ro 8:21).
Don’t name him but just call him a ‘Christian’,you can make him happy.
Christ is the answer to all our problems. He is the desire of all nations. Everyone knowingly or unknowingly is waiting for this Awesome Christ. amen.
