Transforming into the image of Christ

Man was created in the image of God. Man fell. Then Christ came in the likeness of man, died for the sins of man and resurrected to become the life giving Spirit in the sinful man who believes into His name. Now man is redeemed, regenerated, transformed, sanctified, justified, made new, conformed and glorified moment by moment and day by day. In short God is recovering man to His own image, the initial image which he had lost before the fall. Not only that but God is recovering man to be His dwelling place, to be His bride. Hallelujah.
